That is, it does not respond to mouseover or keyboard inputs until I first click in the window. The effect is as if the window is in the background of another app and needs to be brought to the front, except there is no other app running in this desktop/space and the Wine window it runs in is already the front window. This seems to be because wineg++ (built with --prefix=/usr) now adds -isystem /usr/include to GCC's command line.
