I do not understand what you are trying to say here. The application JustWorks
using MS Applocale under MS Windows.

How do I make it display properly under Wine except by mapping the system fonts
manually to Japanese fonts? The MS Japanese fonts are not freely available
unlike the MS Core Fonts. Would I need those for font linking? If so, why those
and not just any Japanese font?
