Fixing up D3 installer

I believe I've fixed the segfault in wineserver. The invalid line was
        process = (struct process *) ptid_entries[i + PTID_OFFSET].ptr;
but the "+ PTID_OFFSET" shouldn't be here, that refers to "ID"s and not indexes
into the ptid_entries array.

At least, wineserver doesn't seem to crash any more.
