Well, it comes of course from same changes in GDI rendering, but I wouldn't
call it a duplicate.
Mine is just an unacceptable slowdown due of changes in GDI rendering path, the
other is a wrong display issue.

BTW, I've got no time to do a regression test (I'm on ubuntu 64, no time to
build a chroot environment nor to use an usb stick, sorry....) but I guess it
would be not so useful, because IMHO the bunch of changes in GDI between 1.5.12
and 1.5.13 are probably too cross-dependents to do it.

Anyways, the bug arose exactly from 1.5.12 to 1.5.13, and IMHO is because of
this one :
