log of crash with +wgl enabled

Here's a log of the crash with +wgl enabled.

I tried +synchronous and it does make it less likely for the crash to occur.
(But I think it also worked the first time I tried with +wgl as well - perhaps
logging the debug output affects the timing by slowing things down.)

One observation that may not be related is that the window titlebar disappears
when the graphic window initialises in wine 1.3.35, whereas it doesn't  do this
in wine-1.3.33.
