OK. I could reproduce the bug with wine-5.0.
The problem is wine is not not able to see the dlls in the folder compnent. If
you copy all the file of the folder compnent in the folder organize, the
software starts and runs.

Here is a (legal ?) link where you could download Lotus in the purpose of
testing.
