what I see after adding native DLLs

Here is what I see when I add these DLLs from Windows XP, in order of sequence
required:
ierturl
secur32
urlmon
wininet and ws2_32 and ws2help

The result in the program is the same (connection failed), and the
unimplemented RtlIpv4StringToAddress in ntdll.dll puts a stop to adding more
native DLLs (according to WINE documentation).

I saw the same bug at one point mentioning netmeeting during my testing, where
entering the server's IP bypassed the missing API problem, but oovoo will not
provide server IPs.
