[Bug 13795] Babylon 7: dictionary installation fails

It means the dictionaries you try to install, don't install because there is
something wrong/unimplemented in wine.

The error message from Babylon is: Error_Message{"Installation of dictionary
'dictionary name' has failed."}.

For the shell output errors look at the attachments.

Please note that the dictionaries were talking about are BGL which can only be
installed with TrayIcon+RightMouseClick-->"Dictionaries"-->"Install
dictionaries from disk...".
