Sure but I doubt windows would report 75% CPU as IDLE when in fact it would be occupied by kernel or something. Besides, the task manager can show kernel times. Is there some overhead in wine itself perhaps?
Also what's the point of having 4 core CPU if programs don't use it?
I don't quite get the point of this remark. First off a lot of programs do use all available cores. EVE online is perhaps not one of them. I wonder if wine itself parallelizes its own work. All that aside, having multiple cores is the only thing that allows my system to operate on decent speed when EVE under wine is running.
You haven't said anything about this before. Yes, open a separate bug for this.
