In total I have 4 monitor outputs. 3 displays and 1 clone.
I toggled all my outputs off except 1 and it worked. Turned them back on, it broke again.
Toggled all but 2 off and it worked again. Turned them all back on, and now it's working again.
Unfortunately I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or just a fluke.
