The application is called Mathtrack, is a educational program for 
children that helps with mathematics in South Africa. Old program
for Windows 95 days. Still works on Windows XP (Interesting to get it to show
graphics correctly on XP we need to get the monitor Hz down to below 70Hz else
it does not show the graphics correctly )

Dont think it has any website anymore
