[Bug 21170] Wineserver and winemenubuilder use 50/50 % of cpu everytime.

Yeah, it's still running, but I noticed that if I end winemenubuilder process
wineserver starts use 0-1% of cpu.
(I think you speak russian, so I can explain my problem in it for better
understanding :) )

wine 1.1.35. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20279 there is another man
with such problem and no solution for me.
