wine "C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Microsoft Shared\Access Runtime\Office10\MSAccess.exe" /Runtime C:\Programme\AllInOne-Office\AllInOne-Office.mde
i get much further. The current error message is now:
Diese Datei befindet sich außerhalb Ihres Intranets oder auf einer Website, die nicht zu den vertrauenswürdigen Websites zählt. wird diese Datei wegen möglicher Sicherheitsprobleme nicht öffnen
This means
The file is outside of the intranet or on a not trusted web site. Therefore the file will not be opened because of possible security issues
