[Bug 57677] Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon Wine 9 RC4 Internet Access only with Root

I have tried this more than 1 Time, purged Wine completly with User Directorys.
No luck same Problem.

I think it have to do with ICMP Raw Sockets:

But the Problem here is i have no directory "wine-preloader" under "/usr/bin/"

Linux Mint 22.0 installs both Versions of Wine (32bit and 64bit) over the
"Applicationmanager"
