[Bug 40338] XenCenter 6.5 doesn't start

While experimenting around I just noticed that without specifying the port 80
as XenServer connection port it fails to connect.

I also tried installing dotnet45 in a 32-bit wineprefix; it also fails. When
the dotnet45-installation was aborted because it failed, xencenter doesn't
start anymore and it complains about missing dotnet40.
