[Bug 17600] MSOffice installer (XP, 2003, 2007) : msi crash in custom action

Works fine for me on git. Not to say there aren't any other err's during
installation, but it does not crash. Make sure you're on latest git.

Unless someone objects, this bug should be resolved fixed.
