Did you see bug 625?
I added the lotus dll directory (C:\lotus\compnent) to the path and started approach in the approach directory and it did not help. :'(

Ahh poop! I set the Linux path. Going into regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment and setting it there fixed the issue with DynaLink
