[Bug 14104] Chessbase Fritz 10 does not start

Fritz 10 and 11 both start now with this change. Thanks for all your hard work. 
The application still has problems after it opens but the solution for the
start problem that was reported here is fixed. You may close this case. Thanks. 
I will be posting the follow up problems in a separate thread.
