Hello folks

I can't confirm this.

The Oracle Forms and Reports 6i installer has gazillion components to install.
For reduced installation, select 'Oracle Reports Developer' -> 'Custom' ->
'Oracle Reports 6.0.8.11.3' which provides the component.

OP should provide step-by-step instructions how the app is started that leads
to the crash. Also logs as requested in comment #2
