Finally got the UT3 demo installed, and after applying the XP64/2K3 patch and
figuring out you needed to run it from the base UT3 directory, as opposed to
the UT3\Binaries directory, it works. Full sound and all.

I did hit an issue where it would crash OpenAL Soft when setting a NULL effect
on an auxiliary effect slot, but I got this fixed in the Git/SVN version. A
proper release with the fix (OpenAL Soft 1.10) should be out in a couple days.
