As already said, your Windows VM seems to have recent MSVC++ runtime
14.28.29325 installed for whatever reasons. Maybe a side-effect of a Windows
update or other application installation. 'MSVCP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll' is not
directly imported by Adobe Audition dlls, it's a dependency of Microsoft native
msvcp140.dll which is part of MSVC++ 2015-2019 Redistributable
package/installer.
