[Bug 24579] Steam windows move twice as far as they are moved

I see the same thing as David.

While the problem does seem 95% fixed, it does still occur in conjunction with
the a related bug that seems to be missing the mouse button up event.

This is especially easy to see by opening the Friends menu and trying to expand
its size by dragging the right window edge further to the right.  It will
resize to twice what you adjust it to, and will never see the mouse button up
(i.e. you have to click again to let go of the edge).

I tested this on Ubuntu 12.04 alpha (all updates as of today), with the Unity
desktop.
