[Bug 23252] Dawn of War always crashes some seconds after the start of a match

I think it is working a bit better with wine 1.3.10 than it dit with 1.2

Sometimes it runs for maybe five minutes without a crash. But there are still
certain events, that always cause crashes. One is very good reproducable:

- Start a skirmish with the Space Marines
- Build Scouts
- Select the Scouts and press Delete
- The Scouts die and the game crashes

There is also one more remarkable thing:
This causes Crashes in Dow and Dow Winter Assault, but not in Dow Dark Crusade.
Dark Crusade uses a new version of the Dow-Engine.
