d3d11:d3d11 already had a cw-rx460-specific failure in Wine (see bug 52563) but a bisect shows that this group of failures started with this commit:

I disabled CSMT with WINE_D3D_CONFIG=csmt=0 just in case but I still got this new set of failures.
