[Bug 35192] lightroom 5.3 needs KERNEL32.dll.CreateThreadpool

Well, after examining the windowscodesc installer I figured that you can
install it only if you change your wineprefix to windows xp (and later changed
back to win7).
So I did that and installed it but it didn't solve the problem. So it is not
the codecs package that affects this.

I guess that it is some Linux library used by wine what causes the problem? I
am running Archlinux (so it is always latest versions of everything).

What distro and version are you guys using?

In this case some more serious debugging is required and I hardly know about
wine debugging.
