[Bug 33923] Some fonts (usually Chinese fonts) display without bold

I'm trying to apply this patch to wine 1.6-rc4 to see whether that's true or
not, but it fails to compile:

freetype.c:6516:9: error："bbx" undeclared (first use in this function)
         bbx += font->potm->otmTextMetrics.tmOverhang;

It seems that the patch is outdated for the newest wine.
