The crash is in winegstreamer, so its unlikely that this issue is Wine Staging specific.
Have you tried to disable winegstreamer in the winecfg libraries tab? And what is the terminal output when running the application? There might be hints that gstreamer plugins are missing.
No I have not tried that, and I don't know how to open the terminal.
