[Bug 35692] Simulation program 'BPwin32.exe' stops with message box "Run-time error 429 ActiveX can't create object".

Thanks for your comments - do I feel foolish!

The reason for the very old version is that's the one Ubuntu is peddling. I
suspect its the one that most people (at least if they're as risk averse as I
am) will try first.

The problem doesn't exist in v1.6 (although there is a different issue in v1.6)
 or in Crossover.

The trace generated is 15MG and I have no where to host it so I am going to
chop it into < 1MB sized bits and upload.
