For me, EVE crashes sometimes when undocking, warping or jumping. According to console output, one thread crashes, and then the other remaining threads spam that RtlpWaitForCriticalSection timed out.
As there are no OpenGL related errors and mostly happens when loading ship models, textures or many UI sprites, I suspect this could be related to the heap management changes introduced with Quantum Rise (See http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=613#a41).
