[Bug 19063] GAP-Diveplanner : return Run time error '5'

The Run time error '5' happends for me only at the first run. The reason for
the error is probably the call to MSVBVM60.rtcBstrFromFormatVar (see
attachment)

During later runs the Run-time error '13' / Type mismatch occurs for me, which
is cause from a failing date conversion, eg:
