Wine 0.9.39, kubuntu feisty. I used defaults all the way through, in case
anyone tries to repeat my results. When the error came up, I clicked ignore.
The install appears to then finish. For the hell of it, I tried running the
uninstaller, which ran fine, which leads me to believe that the installer was
successful.
