[Bug 24396] Some Windows applications mysteriously crash on start up

Something weird goes on here.

With a new .wine, winamp now starts.

With an old .wine I cannot make it start.

set $BreakOnFirstChance=0 doesn't work because winedbg refuses to work:

$ winedbg ./winamp.exe
WineDbg starting on pid 001b

I get create_alpha_bitmap
