[Bug 18224] Wine shows wrong graphics card name

The problem is we can't detect the exact. For instance OpenGL may advertise
'8500GT' but there are various 8500GT models with different clocks, pci id and
a different amount of video memory but all use the same name. At some point we
advertise a more correct name but in general the exact name isn't that
important.
