[Bug 16244] Installer of Age of Empires 3 crashes

Yes , I was installing from the CDs and I am not sure whether the quality of
the CDs (originals) suffered over the time. The time when I encountered the
error I also tried a new installation on windows to confirm but it went fine.
Last week I tried again on a new PC and I am having issues on windows too so I
think we need someone else to confirm this bug or otherwise close it.
