[Bug 18773] The Westerner: needs MPEG Layer-3 audio codec

Bug #21785 has a download link for the westerner demo. I can't remember whether
the demo is affected. It would be interesting to see whether
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=winegstreamer= (to disable it) makes a difference.

There appears to be no other bug specific about l3codecx.ax.  Perhaps because
people are happy, as in bug #24911, with "winetricks directx9" that presumably
installs it.  I guess few take extra steps and investigate exactly what from
the huge directx9 install is needed.
