Please remove ~/.wine directory and try again. What distro? How did you installed Wine? Those alsa errors you can ignore, they are not the cause of the problem.
The distro is an up-to-date Arch Linux (not running [testing] or [unstable]). I installed Wine from the repositories (0.9.47-1), and prior to reporting the bug I removed wine through my package manager, cleared the package cache, deleted ~/.wine and reinstalled.
