You say it is obvious from the command line that you are running in D3D mode, I could enter the same command line and run in opengl because I have an entry in the config.wtf that forces that mode.
Sure it is not ideal (though there are many that would argue that opengl mode is faster than d3d mode) but remember you are running a program designed for one operating system on a completely different one and, best will in the world, wine will never be able to run all windows software perfectly, even windows can't manage that.
If you want to hurl abuse at people who trying to help you that is your decision but all you are doing is hurting your cause. I offered to help but you don't want my help fine by me.
