[Bug 21842] IShellBrowser/IComDlgBrowser Listview header not draw correctly

I just attached winexplore.exe which will show the problem.  When this
program is run under the current version, the entire bar below the program
is draw in solid black.  It should be grey and the icon with the question
mark should have a grey background.

The top of the listview should contain a header with the column names of
Name, Size, Type and Date Modified.  If you run the mouse across the top of
the listview, you will see the header information painted.
