still need you to figure out how to run a regression test, if you get different
results for these problems from the regression testing then file seperate bug
reports.

try:
git checkout master
git bisect start
git bisect good wine-1.1.11
git bisect bad wine-1.12

and continue on from there... if that doesn't work then visit irc or wine-users
to ask for help with git.
