Yes, I can confirm that this really solved the problem. I had just to create a
"Recent" folder in the corresponding user profile.

And it looks that this issue does NOT occur on user profiles which already
includes a "Recent" folder.

So this problem is now "bisected" and understood. It is just necessary to
establish regarding older Office versions like 2010 a "Recent" folder in the
user profile. That's all. Maybe this is not needed for newer MS Office versions
but it is definitely for older ones. ;-)
