-m32 should be all you need
After that you run into the lib problem:
/usr/bin/ld: Relocatable linking with relocations from format elf64-x86-64
(/usr/local/lib64/wine/libwinecrt0.a(exe_entry.o)) to format elf32-i386
(my32bitapp.Yz5Piu.o) is not supported

but thats another bug and i filed it:
