wpcap tests terminal output on Wine 8.7 under Debian 8 with custom libpcap

Hello,

I built libpcap and could build Wine 8.7 with it, but running the wpcap tests
fails.

I copied wpcap_test-stripped.exe in ~/.wine/drive_c and ran:
cd ~/.wine/drive_c
LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib" wine wpcap_tests-stripped.exe

It says 'No pcap support, expect problems' and crashes.
Terminal output is attached.
The libpcap custom build is installed in the default destination /usr/local/
bin, lib, etc.
