[Bug 47160] wine-staging is unable to execute executable which is soft link in linux.

found it.

        *attr |= FILE_ATTRIBUTE_REPARSE_POINT;

This code "st->st_size = 0;" causing file being empty and can not read
normally.
Need develop of winehq to investigate.
