[Bug 29168] Star Wars: The Old Republic game client hangs at intro splash

I can also confirm latest working wine with Carsten's patch works great.  For
me the game framerate is more than acceptable.  The only changes made to get
the game to run after patching were creating a Virtual Desktop the same size as
my screen size and adding d3dx9_38.dll as a native dll.  Thanks Carsten!  I
hope Bioware doesn't break it again with a future patch.
