Steps to reproduce:

1) Download and install WinRAR
2) Hit Alt + B or Menu -> Tools -> Benchmark
3) Click Background
4) Right click the WinRar icon in the systay

Result:

Nothing happens.

Expected result:

A menu pop-up.

Last working Wine version: 9.21.
