[Bug 19623] BITS background transfer job size is always unknown

I do not remember and cannot test it because the installer immediately reports
a faulty checksum when it is supposed to start downloading.
wine version 1.1.41
opensuse 11.2 x86
used the following rpm's from the suse build service

wine-mp3-1.1.39-1.pm.12.2.i586
wine-1.1.41-1.1.i586
wine-gecko-1.0.0-5.1.i586

used winetricks to install
corefonts tahoma gdiplus dotnet30

no other hacks were applied
