So I let it run for about two hours straight and I'm pretty sure the leak is
gone.

Yes, it was. You can see it the first screenshot I posted, part of the hardware
interface and the mixer gets drawn around the bottom right part of the mixer.
The sequencer is also all kinds of weird.
