[Bug 23353] Steam windows don't close after major update

Okay... already managed to reliably reproduce, follow these steps:

- Open Steam main window
- Click "View" -> "Settings"
- Change any value
- Notice window focus frenzy between main steam window and settings window
(KDE)
- Click Settings window to regain focus
- Click "OK" or "Cancel", window closes and reopens with no visible changes
- Change value back to the previous value
- Close window successfully
