I've attached a copy of the output. I'm running Snow Leopard, I had to install
the xorg-server-devel macport of XQuartz (v 1.7.99.1) in order to get OpenGL
support at all.

So do you think this is just an X11 bug, not exposing the full capabilities of
the card?
