[Bug 10318] Hellgate London freezes

It freezes when I spawn in the tutorial level, after spawning you are blue for
a short time. But for me it stayed blue forever and I was not able to move or
even to leave.
But is your mouse working? And did you do something special to get it to work?
And last question if you start the launcher do you see the possibility to
download the patch?
